‘CHOICES’ & ‘MOVING ON’

TWO SHORT FILMS COMMISSIONED BY DEPAUL UK (2021)

Depaul UK, a youth homeless charity, commissioned these two short films and produced in association with the BRIT School. We created two short films based on the true stories of kids who have found themselves homeless, gone through Depaul’s system, and been taken out of homelessness. We worked closely with Depaul and the BRIT School to ensure the films reflected kids' experiences and how youth homelessness can be difficult to identify.

The first short film was designed to be shown in schools nationwide to help prevent youth homelessness. ‘Choices’ takes the viewer down different paths depending on the choices made.

The second short film, ‘Moving On’, follows four teenagers telling their story of how they ended up homeless. The film is aimed at teenagers as they transition to adulthood. It helps explain why so many young people experience homelessness and the importance of accessing support offered by charities such as Depaul.

The films have not been released online, but they are available upon request.
